Just finished the first in a range of Paper Mache headbands for Steam Lolita...

This beautifull paper mache headband features illustrations of steampunk cogs. Each one has been made by hand, then hand aged and sealed with clear lacquer.
A cute black satin bow and antique silver effect cog are placed off centre on the top of the band.
